About Us

Two People. One Big Dream

Hey there—we’re Jay and Charlotte, the husband-and-wife team behind Algiere Ranch.

We’re first-generation ranchers with no blueprint, no family legacy in agriculture—just a deep-rooted desire to live differently. A desire to raise our future family with purpose, hard work, and a connection to the land.

Our journey started with one big question: What kind of life do we want to build?

The answer brought us here—to 80 acres of raw, wooded land that needed clearing, sweat, and a whole lot of faith. We didn’t grow up doing this. We didn’t inherit it. We chose it. And we’re building it one fence post, one cleared pasture, and one head of cattle at a time.

Why Beef?

We care deeply about our health and the food on our plates. But like many people, we got tired of misleading labels and unknown sources when it came to buying meat. We wanted to do something about it—not just for ourselves, but for our future kids and our community.

So, we leaned into raising 100% grass-fed & grass-finished beef, with zero chemicals on the land and no vaccines for the herd. Just clean, nutrient-dense beef raised with intention and transparency—right here in small-town America.

Our Mission

At Algiere Ranch, our mission is simple:
Work hard. Love America. Eat beef.

We're here to restore trust in food, one pasture-raised steer at a time. We're proud to uphold American ranching values while forging a new path as first-generation cattle ranchers. Every decision we make is rooted in stewardship—of the land, the animals, and the people we serve.

The Journey

In March 2024, we welcomed our first cattle—and it felt like Day One of a lifelong dream. Since then, we’ve been all-in: clearing more land, rotating pastures, learning as we go, and building a herd that we’re proud of.

This ranch isn’t just a place. It’s our promise:
To raise beef you can trust, from people you know.

Thanks for being here. Whether you’re following our journey online or bringing our beef to your table, we’re grateful to share this mission with you.

Welcome to Algiere Ranch.

With grit and gratitude,
Jay & Charlotte
